Welcome to the physical activity section of the website. This section provides information and resources to support those working to promote physical activity and active lifestyles.

Here you will find information about campaigns, policies and strategies relating to pysical activity. You can find out more about the work of the South East Physical Activity Coordinating Team and Get Active South East 2008-12 - the Framework for getting more people in the South East, more active, more often.
