Eastleigh Green Gym (South East)
The Eastleigh Green Gym project aimed to inspire local people over a two-year period to improve both their own health while also benefiting the environment at the same time.
As part of a local health referral scheme, it employed leaders from the British Trust for Conservation Volunteers, who guided participants through a range of practical conservation projects, aimed at improving their strength and stamina, while boosting their practical skills and confidence.
